WRI’s assessment
Russia’s Logistics Growth Index edged up to 49.3 in May, gaining 1.7 points but remaining in contraction. The improvement was primarily driven by a faster expansion in warehousing, supported by steady e-commerce demand, and a solid expansion in goods for sale, even as retail turnover moderated from recent peaks.
