WRI’s assessment
The United Arab Emirates Logistics Growth Index advanced to 52.1 in August, up 2.1 points from the prior month, driven by a rebound in business sentiment, robust new export orders and strong warehousing demand that offset ongoing maritime transit constraints. Ranking tenth of sixteen in the Asia-Pacific region, the index saw six of ten sub-indices in expansion.
