WRI’s assessment

Austria’s Logistics Growth Index rose into expansion at 50.6 in August, advancing 1.0 points from the prior month and rising above its three-month average. The recovery was primarily propelled by the Warehousing Index, which moved into expansion, alongside the Business Volume Index, which expanded sharply on robust export growth and strong retail trade.
