WRI’s assessment
The United Arab Emirates Logistics Growth Index eased to 52.9 in June, down 1.1 points from May, remaining firmly in expansion. The moderation was primarily driven by pullbacks in the Transportation and Business Volume indices, reflecting lingering Strait of Hormuz disruptions on trade flows and elevated, albeit stabilizing, freight conditions.
