WRI’s assessment

South Korea’s Logistics Growth Index surged to 58.7 in June, advancing 1.3 points to claim first place among sixteen regional peers. The expansion was overwhelmingly driven by a record export boom, particularly in semiconductors, which propelled the Business Volume Index to a robust 64.5 and the Transportation Index to 64.0 as freight activity reached elevated levels.
