WRI’s assessment

Norway’s Logistics Growth Index eased to 51.4 in June, slipping 0.2 points and falling below its three-month average, though expansion remained intact across 7 of 10 sub-indices. The moderation was primarily driven by the Business Volume and Goods for Sale indices, which eased but remained in expansion as sluggish mainland economic growth and a steep drop in retail sales dampened domestic demand momentum.
