WRI’s assessment

Germany’s Logistics Growth Index improved to 49.4 in June 2026, advancing 0.9 points from the prior month while remaining in contraction. The recovery was primarily driven by a rebound in manufacturing new orders and higher road freight volumes, which lifted the Business Volume and Transportation indices.
