WRI’s assessment
Russia’s Logistics Growth Index registered 48.5 in March 2026, a 0.3-point month-on-month decline that places the reading at the bottom of its tracked range and slightly below the 48.83 three-month average. The contraction was primarily driven by broad-based softness across core operational components, with the Transportation, Transport Capacity, and Employment indices each slipping 0.3 points to 48.5, 48.2, and 48.5 respectively.
