Russia’s Logistics Growth Index registered 48.8 in February 2026, a 0.4-point month-on-month decline that places the reading at the bottom of its observed range and slightly below the three-month average of 49.0. Contraction was broad-based, with seven of ten sub-indices falling below the neutral threshold.
