WRI’s assessment
Belgium’s Logistics Growth Index registered 49.5 in February 2026, a 0.3-point month-on-month decline that places the reading slightly below the three-month average of 49.65 and at the bottom of its narrow recorded range. The contraction was primarily driven by deteriorating conditions in Business Volume, Transportation, and Goods for Sale, which collectively weighed on the headline despite modest gains in Warehousing and Inventory.
